Return & Exchange Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. The following situations qualify for a full refund or replacement:
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item was shipped
- Item was lost in transit (no delivery confirmation)
- Product quality issue or defect
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- ·Opened or partially used products
- ·Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- ·Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (exchange only)
